About Santhosh
I am Santhosh, Dr. H.K. Santhosh, a retired Professor of Malayalam with over 28 years of teaching experience and a PhD awarded by the University of Kerala in 2016. I have served as a Research Guide at the University of Calicut, supervising scholars through the full journey of thesis and dissertation writing. Beyond conventional teaching, I am recognized as a pioneer in Digital Pedagogy in Kerala, having led state-wide Moodle LMS implementations and trained hundreds of faculty members across colleges in research methodology, technology integration, and academic ethics. My background combines strong subject expertise in linguistics and cultural studies with hands-on technical experience in digital research tools, online journal platforms, and academic archiving systems. As a UGC-NET & JRF qualifier and former Adjunct Faculty at IIM Kozhikode, I bring both scholarly rigor and practical, technology-driven methods to every session, helping students write with clarity, manage references efficiently, and produce polished, submission-ready academic work.

Functional Malayalam for Non-Native Speakers (English Medium)
Whether you are relocating to Kerala, working professionally in a Malayalam-speaking environment, or preparing for competitive exams like UGC-NET, KTET, or Civil Services, I offer structured, personalized Malayalam lessons taught in English for complete clarity. I am a faculty offering courses in IIM for functional language - Malayalam
Spoken Malayalam for daily life, workplace, and social situations
Reading and writing basics, script familiarization, and grammar fundamentals
Practical vocabulary building organized by real-life themes (travel, office, healthcare, shopping)
Gradual progression from beginner to conversational fluency, taught entirely in English for easy understanding.
A key component of this course is the "Know Kerala" initiative, which immerses students in the society, culture, and social etiquette of Kerala to build deep contextual understanding.

Advanced Malayalam for Competitive Exams (NET, KTET, Civil Services PSC exams at PG and UG level and for PG students)
In-depth coverage of Malayalam literature, grammar, linguistics, and literary history as per exam syllabi
Focused preparation for UGC-NET Malayalam paper, KTET Malayalam language sections, and Civil Services optional/language papers
MCQ practice, mock tests, and exam-oriented answer writing techniques
Guidance on high-yield topics, previous years' question analysis, and time management strategies
Direct benefit from my experience as a UGC-NET & JRF qualifier, former Board of Examiners Chairman at Calicut University, and 28+ years of academic teaching.
