About Ajey
Hello! I'm Ajey, I have a PhD in aerospace engineering; I work as a Data Scientist. In addition to a lifelong passion for math and physics, I also enjoy teaching - I have taught many classes when I was in grad school.
Teaching helps me become a more critical thinker. It also enables me to establish relationships through mentorship, an aspect that deeply motivates and inspires me. I am also very personable and I simply enjoy interacting with people.
In my free time, I like to run, hike, cook and play video games.

I have always enjoyed math and physics and I truly believe that both math and physics are not merely subjects; they are enthralling languages that describe our universe, nurturing critical thinking and logical reasoning.
Traditional teaching often reduces these sciences to rigid formulas, neglecting their capacity to spark intuition and establish a deep, emotional, and intellectual connection with learners. If you've found yourself memorizing equations in physics or formulas in math without truly understanding the concepts beneath, it's not a reflection of your ability in these fields; it's a testament to the inadequacy of conventional teaching methods.
Teaching, especially in the realms of math and physics, is an art of complexity and subtlety, frequently overlooked in standard educational settings. Authentic learning occurs when new ideas resonate with an individual's personal understanding of reality. It's about forging profound links between novel theories and your emotions, thoughts, worldview, and life experiences. My teaching philosophy centers on compassion, patience and personal engagement, transforming the learning experience into a meaningful and dynamic journey, far from the monotonous, mechanical process commonly encountered.
