About Emmanuel Magallanes
Hi! I’m Emmanuel Magallanes, a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics from Southern Luzon State University.
I am passionate about helping students understand mathematics in a simple, clear, and enjoyable way. I believe that every student can learn mathematics with the right guidance, patience, and encouragement.
My lessons are personalized to each learner’s needs and learning pace. I focus not only on finding the correct answer but also on understanding the concepts and developing strong problem-solving skills.

Hello! I’m Emmanuel Magallanes Alba, Bachelor of Secondary Education major in Mathematics graduate from Southern Luzon State University.
My approach to teaching mathematics is student-centered, practical, and personalized. I believe that every learner has a different pace and way of understanding concepts, so I adjust my teaching methods based on the student’s needs, strengths, and learning style.
My Teaching Method and Techniques
I simplify difficult mathematical concepts by using step-by-step explanations, examples, visual representations, guided practice, and real-life applications. I encourage students to ask questions and explain their own solutions so they can develop both confidence and problem-solving skills.
A Typical Lesson
A lesson usually begins with a short review of previous concepts, followed by an introduction to the new topic. I then explain the concept using simple examples before working through problems together with the student. After guided practice, the student answers exercises independently while I provide feedback and clarification. Each lesson ends with a quick review to make sure the key ideas are understood.
What Sets Me Apart
What sets me apart is my patience, adaptability, and commitment to making mathematics easier to understand. I do not simply teach students how to get an answer—I help them understand the process and develop the confidence to solve problems on their own.
