About Yash
Hello! I’m Yashswi Kaushik, a B.Tech graduate in Information Technology with a deep passion for teaching. What started as a small initiative to help my classmates and juniors during college has now grown into over 7 years of experience tutoring school students in Mathematics and Physics. From my own student life, I know how overwhelming Math can feel at times. That’s why I focus on making it simple, logical, and enjoyable. Over the years, I’ve guided many students who once struggled with numbers to not only improve their grades but also to gain confidence in their problem-solving abilities. What makes me different as a teacher is my personalized approach. I understand that every student learns at a different pace, so I adapt my methods to suit each individual. I encourage a friendly, open environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and learning from their mistakes. As a teacher, I bring: A strong academic background with a B.Tech degree. Proven experience in helping students achieve excellent results in school exams. Patience, clarity, and dedication to ensure no student is left behind. Hi, I’m Yash, a B.Tech graduate in Information Technology with over 7 years of teaching experience. My passion lies in helping school students build a strong foundation in Mathematics and, to a smaller extent, Physics. ~ My Teaching Approach: I believe Math is not just about formulas but about understanding the why behind every step. My classes are designed to make students think logically, connect concepts with real-life applications, and gradually overcome their fear of Math. Physics is introduced where it naturally connects with mathematical concepts, so students see the bigger picture without feeling burdened. ~ Teaching Techniques & Methods: Breaking down difficult problems into simple, step-by-step explanations. Using visual methods (graphs, diagrams, flowcharts) to improve clarity. Providing shortcuts and smart techniques for faster calculations in exams. Encouraging students to ask questions freely—no doubt is too small. Regular practice sheets and quizzes to strengthen concepts. ~ Structure of a Usual Class: Quick recap of the previous session. Explanation of a new concept with examples. Solving problems together (from basic to advanced). Independent practice by the student with my guidance. End-of-class summary + small homework for reinforcement. ~ Special Features of My Teaching: I focus on conceptual clarity before speed—once students are confident, speed comes naturally. My style is friendly and interactive, so students feel comfortable sharing their difficulties. I track each student’s progress and adjust teaching methods according to their pace. Emphasis on exam preparation—from NCERT basics to advanced problem-solving for school tests and boards. ~ Who Are My Classes For?
