About Shalini
Being a dental surgeon professionally, health was prime for me. Eventually, nutrition and well being came naturally to me leading me to understand the benefits of Meditation and sharing it with the folks around. I have been conducting meditation sessions nationally and in the US since last few years. In my free time, I enjoy being creative with everything and anything around, cooking and traveling to new destinations.

There is just one method in meditation. It's turning inward. It's finding the source of creation within our own selves and seeing things as it is and not illusioned under a veil of conditioning. This, is all one needs to raise one's being.
