I am an experienced meditation practitioner who has been exploring meditation and self-awareness for many years. I have learned from various gurus, ashrams, many techniques from different schools and applied it in different walks of life. I offer a gentle, practical approach and enjoy helping others develop a meaningful, consistent practice suited to their individual needs and lifestyle.
