About Pratik

I am a senior software engineer who has worked with giants like Wells & Fargo U.S.A, Webjet, and Infosys with multiple startups.
I have been a professional tutor at Monash University for a year at the highest levels.
I have taught people of all ages and levels. I have alumni all over the industry still in touch with me.

About the lesson

I believe in practical knowledge and technical support. I help students with post-session doubts and support pair programming. Proper handheld teaching methodology.
I ensure that the students have gained maximum value for their money.
I usually am prepared with a lesson plan whenever I am handing a session.
The sessions start with an overview, followed by new material.
The sessions usually end with a recap and revision of content.
The feedback is constant and you can ask doubts anytime (even after the sessions are concluded).

Perfect! I am an older person who has been busy in finance for a long time so my IT skills are running a couple of decades behind, so I have asked Pratik to help me understand terminology, and hopefully move onto programming. He is a really patient teacher, and I say this as I am moving at about 1/2 the pace of the average student (I think) slowing him down to make sure I get the basics. In the last session, I could see he was getting tired, so I asked if he had a late night out, but it turns out he was pushing himself to find easier ways to explain complex concepts to me as to how all the parts work, and how they work together. He has a comprehensive understanding on how full stack developers work and how to get there, and his breath of knowledge allows him to move from broad concept level to exampling by detailed code if required. He is very conversational in his approach as well, and English very easy understand and clear. Thank you Pratik.
