Audrey is one of our best Piano tutors. They have a high-quality profile, verified qualifications, a quick response time, and great reviews from students!

About Audrey

One of my motivations to teach is seeing my students play songs they have practiced with the help my guidance. I teach piano to first timers advanced level, small children or adults. By also teaching effective exercises, my students' progress is fast and steady. I also provide target and goals for each of my students in my lesson plan.

I have taught piano for 6 years, and have studied piano for 17 years with an ABRSM (Royal) curriculum up to Grade 6, and Theory Grade 5. In 2017, I left for Seattle, USA to continue my studies in Music. In 2019, I graduated from Shoreline Community College in Seattle, USA with an Associate of Arts (Music concentration) degree.

About the lesson

My teaching method is to introduce music and piano in detail and in depth to my students, especially in areas that they enjoy. If students like a particular genre, I will look for material or scores from that genre or ask if there is a certain song they want to play. With this method, I have seen the positive feedback from my students, as they get very enthusiastic to learn more. Furthermore, I focus on teaching the correct basic piano postures and techniques, because this is something crucial that turns into a habit, and it is difficult to change a habit. I also teach and encourage ear training and aural skills as it helps the musicality of my students.

Highly recomended piano teacher!

Saya dpt kontak kak Audrey dr informasi teman. Saya bermain piano tetapi belajar secara otodidak dan saya butuh pengajar yg setidaknya dapat memperbaiki teknik permainan saya yg saya tau banyak kekurangannya.

Saya sudah belajar dg kak Audrey selama 4 bulan (still on going) dan I can see significant improvements bukan hanya dlm teknik dasar permainan piano saya tetapi jg interpretasi thd lagu2 klasik dasar yg dapat saya terapkan dlm lagu himnal/gereja dan juga lagu2 pop.

She always gives a classic piece to play according to my progress and constructive feedbacks how to learn the piece faster and play it better/properly.

Very recommended piano teacher!
