About Nicholas
Music Education and Business – 2000-2004 Berklee College of Music – Boston, MA Taught Drum Set and Percussion to students individually and in a group setting to ages 6 and up, 2004 to Present. Instructing students on: Sight Reading, four-way independence on the drum set, playing contemporary music styles Rock, Funk, Latin, Jazz, Country, and Blues, drum rudiments, and drum soloing, 2004 to Present. Independent freelance Musician for hire, performing throughout the Los Angeles area, 2010 to Present.

-In your lesson we will cover hand/foot technique, " jazz comping", developing Jazz style of play, soloing, playing with brushes and the ability to play in any type of Jazz ensemble/band. -Lessons are designed for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels of play of Jazz on the drum set. -Overall, each lesson will be tailored to each student to achieve their goals on the drum set.
