About Mila

I am a guitarist and composer from the city of Medellín, a music professional with an emphasis on instrumental interpretation (electric guitar) at the Fundación Universitaria Bellas Artes. My artistic work has been involved from different scenic spheres; which range from musical performance in academic contexts (research), as well as in other social and cultural settings (concerts and accompaniment to artistic projects in dance, theater and audiovisuals).

Throughout my artistic experience I have been able to know, from a perspective as a musicician and as a trainer in this field, the relevance of art within social contexts. Witnessing how this form of expression has been a fundamental tool in the transformation of individuals and their relationship with the environment; becoming a mechanism that promotes the prosperity of society. My artistic practice is based mainly on the development of the self through the exercise of improvisation, either from the musical (from jazz and / or world music) or from the scenic (theatrical and / or audiovisual experimentation). This has allowed me to fervently believe in the individual's need for artistic experience, either as a participant or as an observer.

About the lesson

VIRTUAL CUSTOMIZED CLASSES

The complexity of virtual classes not only depends of having good tools (internet signal, lighting, good sound, etc.) but also in the connection established between student and teacher. That's why today I want to offer you a completely personalized experience:

It is not just a simple meeting by videocall: during our classes, 3 cameras will allow us to have different close-ups (whiteboard, instrument and general view). Also, we'll have high definition sound and educational tools that facilitate explanations in class .

* Why choose this modality instead of thousand of internet's tutorials? Because we'll move forward at your own pace. Usually, you might find an excess of material on internet, leading you to a uncertaing and useless path ... With our personalized classes we want to contribute to your training based on process.
