About Gina

I am a teaching artist with the San Diego Youth Symphony and I have taught in various school settings and coached students in Italy and Spain. As a performer, I have toured Spain and have played for various TV and film projects in the LA area.

About the lesson

I have been interested in the art of teaching since I was a student. I have students of all ages and levels and I focus on the needs of each person. You will learn at your speed. String players have a lot of opportunities to play different genres of music and I teach many styles of playing that is based off the basic fundamentals of playing.

Perfect! Gina is “THE BEST OVERALL” teacher I’ve ever had in my entire learning experience. Her violin skills, technique, and study are outstanding and admirable. Caviar Music Studio is able to guide me with the kindness and compassion I genuinely need to learn. Gina is an exceptional violin instructor leaving me with a rewarding experience that I continue to desire more and more with each tailored lesson. As a beginner violin student, I couldn’t be more pleased with Caviar Music Studio and the unique positive teaching experience I receive. I highly recommend Caviar Music Studio to people of all ages and for me as an adult student, I continue to enjoy a fun curriculum suited just for me keeping me practicing every day. Thank you Gina for the beauty you bring to this world with your gift of education through the violin!!!

Gina is great to work with! She can quickly identify the areas I need to work on and I feel that I am improving fast. She is patient but lets me know what had to be done better. I like that she also brings real world professional experience to the table, something that many instructors don't have.
