About Amaal
Hello! I’m a journalist and educator with a Master’s degree in Political & International Journalism.
My academic and professional background has given me a strong understanding of politics, international affairs, geopolitics, history, and the role of journalism and media in shaping our understanding of the world.
I’m passionate about helping students look beyond facts and dates and understand the bigger picture: why events happen, how political decisions are made, and how history, media, and geopolitics are connected.
I believe that learning should be based on curiosity, discussion, and critical thinking. I aim to create a friendly and open environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, expressing their opinions, and developing their own perspectives.

With a Master’s degree in Political & International Journalism, I combine academic knowledge with a practical understanding of international affairs, political communication, and the media.
In my lessons, we can explore historical events, current international issues, geopolitical conflicts, political systems, journalism, and media analysis. I encourage students to think critically, connect events to their wider historical and political context, and develop their own informed opinions.
