About Ermie

Hello! My name is Ermie, and I'm from the Philippines. I am a TEFL-certified ESL tutor with a passion for helping learners improve their English and Tagalog skills.
Although I am new to teaching professionally, I have completed TEFL training that prepared me to create engaging and effective lessons. I believe learning should be interactive, encouraging, and tailored to each student's needs and goals.
I speak both Filipino and Hiligaynon, so I understand the challenges of learning another language and can patiently guide students through the process.
My goal is to help you build confidence in speaking, listening, reading, and writing English and Tagalog in a comfortable and supportive learning environment. I look forward to being part of your English and Tagalog-learning journey.
