About Mehak

Hi, I’m Mehak, a final-year Delhi University student.

I’ve always been someone who enjoys explaining things in a simple way, whether it’s helping friends before exams or breaking down topics that seem confusing at first. Over time, I realized that teaching is something I genuinely like because it allows me to connect with students and make learning less stressful for them.

I want to share my knowledge because I understand how overwhelming studies can sometimes feel, especially when concepts are not clear. My aim is to make subjects easier to understand and help students feel more confident in their abilities.

I believe learning should not feel like pressure, but something manageable and even interesting when explained the right way. I try to keep my approach calm, supportive, and focused on what the student actually needs.

For me, it’s not just about marks, but about helping students feel capable and comfortable with what they are learning.

About the lesson

As a teacher, I focus on making Psychology simple, relatable, and easy to understand. I believe the subject becomes much more interesting when connected to real-life situations, so I try to explain concepts using practical examples instead of just theory.

My teaching approach is flexible and student-centered. I first understand the student’s level and learning style, and then adapt my method so that the concepts feel clear and not overwhelming. I focus more on concept clarity rather than rote learning.

A typical class starts with a quick revision of previous topics, followed by a structured explanation of new concepts. I include real-life examples, short discussions, and practice questions to make sure the student understands properly. At the end of the session, I always keep time for doubts and a quick recap.

What makes my teaching different is that I keep the environment calm and comfortable, so students feel free to ask questions without hesitation. I am patient, supportive, and focused on helping students build confidence along with understanding.

My classes are suitable for school students (classes 11–12), beginners in Psychology, and anyone who wants to learn the subject in a simple and engaging way.
