About Théo

I have been teaching for almost ten years, and I have had the pleasure of training as many adults as children. They taught me a lot about pedagogy.

Initially trained at the conservatory, I also studied jazz and extreme vocal techniques (metal) with qualified teachers (Allan Wright, David Féron). Finally my curiosity took me to the music of India, which I trained with Pandit Shivkumar.

About the lesson

Curious and a handyman, music has been my favorite field of experience since childhood. I had several mentors, and all of them taught me techniques from very different traditions. With these teachings at a crossroads, I was able to develop, and still refine, my own teaching method, based on recording, the development of an ability to dissociate and reassociate with his voice. In addition to the traditional vocalization, accuracy and breathing exercises, we therefore work on the perception of the voice (s) and its transformative potential. Passionate about pedagogies, I like to transmit my taste for discovery and experimentation! Singing remains for me the royal way for musical transmission and the development of artistic sensitivity. Knowing how to listen and making you listen, bringing to life the space where you deploy your voice as much as those who hear you, these are the pillars of my teaching.
