About Isabella

I’m a curious person who loves languages, travelling and discovering new cultures. Over the past five years, I’ve had the opportunity to travel around the world and spend time in different countries.

I know that learning a new language can feel challenging, especially when it comes to speaking. I’m patient, approachable and I want my students to feel comfortable making mistakes and trying new things. For me, learning a language should be something enjoyable and useful, not something that makes you feel nervous or afraid of getting things wrong.

I love sharing my experiences and helping students discover not only the Spanish language, but also the different cultures and ways of life across the Spanish-speaking world.

About the lesson

My Spanish lessons are practical and tailored to each student. I mainly teach beginners and people who want to learn Spanish for travelling, everyday life or simply because they love the language and want to learn more about Spanish-speaking cultures.

Over the past five years, I have travelled a lot and had the chance to live and spend time in Argentina, Chile, Spain and Mexico. I have used Spanish in many different situations and met people from different Spanish-speaking backgrounds, which has helped me get to know the different accents, expressions and ways of speaking across these countries. I can also help you understand some of the differences between countries, so you feel more prepared wherever you are travelling.

In my lessons, we can work on whatever you need most: conversation, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, listening or reading. I like to keep things practical and focus on the Spanish you will actually use in real life, rather than spending the whole lesson memorising grammar rules.

If you're planning a trip, we can practise useful situations like ordering food, asking for directions, checking into a hotel or having a conversation with locals.

I usually teach 60-minute online lessons, but I always adapt the class to the student. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes and speaking as much as possible without worrying about getting everything perfect.

My lessons are mainly for teenagers and adults, from complete beginners to intermediate students. Whether you're starting Spanish from zero, planning your next trip or just want to feel more confident speaking, I'll be happy to help you!!
