Working alongside her has given me the chance to see upclose the effort she dedicates to meticulously prepare her classes and how much time she devotes to create a secure, relaxed, agreeable atmosphere in her classes for her students. All of those students to whom I've had the chance to talk were beyond happy with her teacher, María.

He tenido la suerte de trabajar con María en más de una ocasión y puedo asegurar que es una excelente profesional y compañera.

Durante mis años como profesora de español me he encontrado con muchos tipos de docentes y María pertenece a esa minoría privilegiada que tiene tanto vocación como talento para esto. Es paciente, flexible, comprensiva y sabe muy bien lo que hace. Se adapta a las necesidades de sus estudiantes como nadie. Y eso es algo que no todo el mundo puede hacer.

Conozco a poca gente que tenga tanta pasión por este idioma y esta profesión. Así que, si tienes la suerte de poder tenerla como profesora, yo no lo desaprovecharía. No te arrepentirás.

I have been fortunate enough to work with María on more than one occasion and I can assure you that she is an excellent professional and colleague.

During my years as a Spanish teacher, I have met many different types of teachers, and María belongs to that privileged minority who have both a vocation and a talent for this work. She is patient, flexible, understanding and knows exactly what she is doing. She adapts to her students' needs like no one else. And that is something not everyone can do.

I know few people who are as passionate about this language and this profession. So, if you are lucky enough to have her as a teacher, I would not miss the opportunity. You will not regret it.

Estudié español con María durante 1 año y me ayudó a conseguir el C1. Estoy muy agradecido por todo el proceso y todo lo que María hizo para que consiguiera mi objetivo. Se adaptó completamente a mis necesidades y las clases siempre fueron dinámicas y centradas en la conversación. Recomiendo mucho tener clases de español con María si quieres tener una buena base de español, entender las cosas y a partir de ahí ir progresando con su ayuda.

I studied Spanish with María for a year and she helped me achieve the C1 level. I am very grateful for the whole process and everything María did to help me achieve my goal. She adapted completely to my needs and the classes were always dynamic and focused on conversation. I highly recommend taking Spanish classes with María if you want to build a good foundation in Spanish, understand things and then progress with her help.

Maria was teaching me spanish and I never expected I would be able to progress so fast. She adjusted the learning completely to where I needed to improve the most to achieve my goal. She gave me confidence to even speak spanish with the native speakers even though I wasn’t fluent yet and everyone was surprised how quickly I started speaking well. I had so much fun every lesson with Maria, when I got to a point when we were able to talk about everyday things in spanish I was so happy. Additionally, there is a huge benefit to learning from a native speaker and be able to understand spanish culture and history from a young person’s perspective.

A lesson with Maria seems like talking to a friend even though you might be struggling learning a new language. She makes it easy.
