About TJ
As a former professor, I know how to craft lessons and materials to fit students' needs and meet them where they're at. We move at your pace, neither rushing through nor slowing down unnecessarily, and without judgment. Need more time to practice pronunciation? No problem, let's keep practicing! Breezing through the material? Let's move on to the next thing.
I was born in Beirut and grew up in Cyprus where I attended Armenian schools throughout my pre-college years. My classmates came from all over the world and held different levels of knowledge and comfort with the language of their parents or grandparents, so we became accustomed to helping each other out. My family is Armenian and we still speak Armenian with each other.
