About Jaemee
I am an Industry Lecturer at the Technological Institute of the Philippines with teaching experience since 2020, specializing in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
My teaching experience includes Purchasing, Procurement, and Greening the Supply Chain, along with Warehousing, Inventory Management, Transportation Management, Operations Management, Negotiation, Import and Export (IMPEX), Incoterms, Strategic Purchasing, Contract Preparation, and Complaints Management.
I bring an industry-focused perspective into my lessons, connecting academic concepts with practical business situations and real-world supply chain challenges. My goal is to make complex topics easier to understand while helping students develop practical knowledge, critical thinking, and confidence.

My teaching approach is practical, interactive, and industry-focused. As an Industry Lecturer, I believe students learn best when they can connect theories and concepts to real-world business situations.
Teaching Method and Techniques
I use a combination of clear explanations, real-world examples, case studies, guided discussions, practical exercises, and problem-solving activities. I encourage students to ask questions and share their perspectives so that lessons become engaging and relevant to their goals.
Rather than simply memorizing concepts, I help students understand how Supply Chain and Logistics principles are applied in actual business operations. I also adjust my teaching style and pace based on each student's knowledge, learning needs, and objectives.
