About KEEN
About Me
I am Keen, a licensed Social Science teacher from the Philippines with over five years of teaching experience in both classroom and online settings. I specialize in teaching Tagalog in a simple, clear, and interactive way that helps students learn naturally and confidently. I have handled learners from different countries, age groups, and backgrounds, guiding them through speaking practice, pronunciation, vocabulary building, and real-life conversations.
My teaching style is friendly, patient, and student-centered, focusing on practical communication rather than memorization. I make lessons easy to follow and enjoyable so students stay motivated and can apply what they learn in real situations. I also share Filipino culture, expressions, and daily language use to make learning more meaningful.
My lessons are designed for beginners, intermediate learners, teenagers, and adults who want to learn Tagalog for travel, daily conversation, or personal interest, not for professional or business purposes.

My Teaching Approach
I teach Tagalog using simple, interactive, and student-friendly methods that focus on real-life communication. My lessons help students speak naturally through guided conversations, repetition, and practical examples that they can use in daily situations. I make learning easy to understand and enjoyable so students gain confidence step by step.
A typical lesson includes a short review, introduction of new vocabulary, pronunciation practice, and speaking activities like role-plays and Q&A. Each class ends with feedback and a summary to reinforce learning.
What sets me apart is my experience as a licensed teacher with more than five years of teaching students from different backgrounds. I am patient, supportive, and focused on helping learners feel comfortable while speaking Tagalog. I also include Filipino culture and everyday expressions to make lessons more meaningful.
My lessons are for beginners, intermediate learners, teenagers, and adults who want to learn Tagalog for travel, casual conversation, or personal interest.
