I am a Pastry Chef with a diploma in pastry arts. I have been working with chocolate since a very long time to season my skills and now I am offering classes for those who are passionate about the pastry world.

I would be focusing on teaching the techniques practically with a demo and giving theoretical knowledge as well so the student has an overall understanding in depth about all the specifics.
Anyone can take this class even if the student doesn't have any prior knowledge about working with chocolates. Apart from working with chocolate, the student would also be learning how to create different flavor combinations.
