About Valentin

I am a professional guitar teacher and performer, recently graduated from a Master in Classical Guitar Performance at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. I have 7 years of teaching experience, both in private and in different schools and conservatoires. I am dedicated to create an environment where my students feel at ease and empowered to achieve their musical goals!

Diplomas :
- MMus and BMus in Classical Guitar Performance at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland
- DipABRSM in Classical Guitar Teaching
- Bachelor of Musicology from La Sorbonne, Paris

About the lesson

Here is what you will find in my teaching :

- Tailored lessons: the content of the lessons will be adjusted to your needs and goals, helping you to become the best guitarist you can be.
- Supportive space: an open and positively reinforcing environment so you can grow more confident in your playing.
- Body awareness: an emphasis on posture to help you be more relaxed and energised.

My objective is for my students to have fun, while developing the technical and musical knowledge that any guitarist (amateur or professional) needs, to be able to be confident in herself/himself and proud of her/his achievements.

As I am à total beginner I was afraid I wouldn’t keep up, but Valentin is always kind and always gives me the tip that will make all the difference. I feel like I have made progress already ! I also really appreciate his vision around classical guitar and most importantly about body posture. With my back pains I was afraid to sit to long but we found the perfect thing and I really love playing ! Thank you Valentin !
