About Edward
Hello! I’m Edward and my Mandarin name is Meng-Hsien Shen. I’m a 27 year old Taiwanese guy and I have learnt English for around a year. I used to learn on a language exchange app to practice my speaking. I realised that most English speakers couldn’t speak Chinese well during that period. One of the main reasons to why they weren’t so confident was that they feared making mistakes and felt embarrassed when they tried to pronounce different words. I totally understand how they feel because I felt the same way initially, and that’s why I want to help people like me overcome this challenge.

I’m an international student as well, so I totally understand how hard it is to learn a different language. Just relax, I’ll guide you through it! A lesson would be 1-2 hours. During the class, I’ll teach you how to pronounce things properly and how to use the vocabulary to create sentences and of course, the most useful words and phrases in daily life.
