About Nadia
My love for Urdu began with the sound of my own voice reading a newspaper to my grandfather.
I still remember sitting beside him, holding the newspaper in my small hands and slowly trying to make sense of the beautiful Urdu letters and words on the page. At first, it was just a struggle to recognize a syllable, then a word, and eventually a complete sentence. My grandfather would listen patiently, sometimes correcting my pronunciation, sometimes smiling, and always encouraging me to read one more line.
Those little moments opened a door to a world I did not yet realize I was falling in love with. Words became sentences, sentences became stories, and stories became a lifelong connection with the richness and emotion of Urdu. As I grew older, that connection became a passion for reading, storytelling and writing poetry for weddings, family celebrations and special occasions.
Urdu eventually became part of not only my personal life but also my professional life. As a pharmacist, I discovered another powerful side of the language: its ability to comfort and reassure. When counseling patients, I found that explaining medicines in familiar, simple Urdu—combined with gentle and calming words—could make people feel understood and cared for. Sometimes, a reassuring phrase can be almost as comforting as the medicine itself.
Today, I want to share that same warmth with my students. Whether you are learning your very first Urdu syllable, forming your first sentence, improving your conversation, discovering Urdu literature or learning to write creatively, I want every lesson to feel like the beginning of your own Urdu story.
For me, teaching Urdu is not simply teaching a language. It is passing on a beautiful legacy of reading, storytelling, poetry, connection and kindness—one word, one sentence and one story at a time.

I use a modern, student-centred and technology-assisted teaching approach to make Urdu simple, interactive and enjoyable. I teach Urdu from scratch, including speaking, reading, writing, pronunciation, vocabulary and everyday conversation, using customized lesson plans, digital resources, interactive activities and regular feedback.
A typical lesson is 45–60 minutes, but the duration can be customized according to the student’s age, concentration, learning goals and schedule. Each lesson is uniquely designed around the student’s level, learning speed and individual needs.
As a qualified pharmacist and native Urdu speaker, I bring strong communication skills, professional experience and attention to detail to every class. I welcome learners of all ages, from children to adults, and teach beginners, intermediate and advanced students. Whether you want Urdu for conversation, family communication, travel, academic purposes or professional development, I provide personalized lessons to help you learn confidently and effectively.
