I teach and mentor in a very personal style, adjusting the pace and demands on the individual. I have been teaching and mentoring for over 15 years and formats include small group teaching and facilitation (4 -25 participants), public speaking and lecturing (undergraduate courses, Cambridge Festival of Ideas, large conferences), online courses (15 -20 participants), supervising and mentoring (1:1, both in person and via Skype). Apart from individual tuition, I have delivered year long courses, day schools, weekends, and summer schools. I like using a variety of facilitation techniques including small group work, creative/drawing activities, individual and group presentations, reflective journals, online discussions, brainstorming and problem based learning (PBL).
