About Sinead

This is my third academic year of teaching Leaving Certificate Accounting and Maths grinds and I have worked with students of varying abilities and learning styles.

I achieved 625 points in my Leaving Cert in June 2024, including 100% in both Maths and Accounting. I am currently studying Finance in college where I continue to build my knowledge and understanding of accounting and maths.

Having completed the Leaving Cert recently myself, I understand both the academic challenges students face and the exam techniques needed to succeed. I genuinely enjoyed studying Maths and Accounting and I am passionate about helping students gain confidence in these subjects.

My aim is to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable to ask questions, develop their understanding and reach their full potential.

About the lesson

My grinds focus on simplifying complex topics, building confidence, and practicing exam-style questions to help you succeed.

With a strong understanding of both the Leaving Certificate Maths and Accounting syllabi, I tailor each lesson to the student's individual needs, whether they require support with core concepts, exam preparation, or achieving top grades.

Lessons typically last around one hour, although the duration may vary depending on the topic being covered and the student's requirements.

Lessons can be in person in Cork City or online. Flexible scheduling to suit your timetable.

€30/hour for accounting
€35/hour for maths
