About Mohammad
I am a Ph.D. candidate in University of Waterloo, and I am working on integration of Machine Learning Algorithms with Systems Biology knowledge in collaboration with Sanofi Pasteur. I have completed my master's degree at the Sharif University of Technology, the best university in Iran. I was the lecturer of Matlab and Simulink course at Shiraz University and Sharif University for four years. My academic interests are analytical and numerical mathematic, computer programming (Python and Matlab), machine learning, and computational systems biology.

As a successful experience that I have achieved in teaching Matlab computer programming, we present some points on PowerPoint and at the same time write codes and commands on Matlab environment to explore it more. For example, we write different codes for a specific purpose and compare the efficiency, run-time, and professionality of the codes to be closer and closer to a professional Matlab programmer.
