24-Hour Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will result in a charge equal to one hour of the scheduled session. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a session without notice will result in an $18 charge. Camera & Audio Requirement: Students must keep their camera on and have audio access for the full duration of the session to ensure effective communication and engagement.
