About Edgar
I have been a personal trainer since 2015 and I am passionate about rehabilitating and supporting people to achieve their health and fitness goals. As a child I struggled with being overweight and this almost caried on into adulthood. Until the day I decided to make a change and live a healthier lifestyle. As a result my goal for fitness goes beyond training and nutrition, my goal is to guide people and help them reach their full potential. I want people to feel good inside and out no matter their starting point.
