About Miriam
I used to be an average student who if I worked I did well and vise versa.
During GCSEs I managed to boost my grades from 3s/4s to all 7/8/9s in the span of 5 months by self learning and using proper study techniques.
Likewise I raised my grades from Ds to all As in year 13.
So I'm passionate about helping other students get the grades they want and deserve.

I can teach GCSEs and A-levels Biology, Chemistry and Psychology
I believe that one should understand the content before memorising. So I'd usually go through the content with the student and then ask them a few questions to see if they understand.
Then we go through a few questions.
I have ready made notes, essay plans, practical summary notes (where I condensed books from 100 pages to just 15, without it loosing its value) and I'll provide them to the students.
After questions I advise students to do more questions at home as well as giving them study techniques to help with their revision.
Of course I'm flexible and I know that not every student is the same so I will always adjust my methods to fit the student.
