About Olivia
I am a current A-Level student who has completed their GCSES- achieving extremely high grades in all essay based subjects including both english literature and language, history and philosophy and ethics. I have recently finished my GCSEs, meaning that i have updated, first-hand experience in the current GCSE history specification. At GCSE i studied the history of medicine, Weimar and Nazi german as well as Henry VIII and his ministers- all on the Edexcel specification.

I strongly believe in the idea of active recall and constantly encourage others to revise key facts so that the knowledge stays within their head. I also look through essays and suggest methods of improvement so that the student knows how to better themselves for next time- in addition, i have top level essay structures memorised, meaning that i’m able to break down and help others to construct high level essays. Furthermore, i am able to throughly explain key concepts within a subject to others to allow them to understand it better and draw links between different ideas to help them come to personal conclusions surrounding the bigger ideas within history.
