About Annabel
I have recently left sixth form and I'm working part-time in retail while completing an accounting course. I would love to teach others the subjects I LOVED during school and hopefully share our passion. I will use questions that were used for me and ones that I feel best pushed my ability. I am an advanced open water scuba diver and love the outdoors. I have one puppy named Bella and she is my world! I spend a lot of my time outdoors walking or playing football.

As a young adult, I feel I know the best way to teach what I was taught. I will always teach the way I learnt best first and if that is not successful for a student I am happy to try other methods and even research other ways to describe complications. I am super patient as all my teachers were with me and I will want my students to teach me the topic after I have taught it to them to confirm their understanding. I would love to start my time with a student making a list of topics that they are partially struggling with. We would then work on these topics each lesson and I would keep bringing them up in lessons going forward. I would also like to go through practice exams and possibly set homework of papers that we could push the grade boundaries.

Annabel is extremely talented and gifted when it comes to tutoring. She has been a maths tutor all the way through school for l peers and helped them get amazing grades. In addition I used to do work with her and found her explanations and methods straight forward and effective. Great stuff x
Annabel is not only a close friend but has been the main reason I have fallen in love with maths. She is helpful and knows how to explain at different levels without making the student feel as if she is higher than them. She will happily explain again and again without losing her temper or changing her tone of voice. I have never met someone who is so multi skilled around people
She is so lovely and is a great tutor! She has different methods if you don’t understand one way and is patient. She made me achieve a grade 8 (A*)- couldn’t of done it without her!!
