About Muhammad
I have studied both mathematics and physics at university level. I have always had a strong interest in teaching A-level Mathematics and Further Mathematics (Pure/Mechanics). I believe that there exists a synergy between effective teaching and clarity of exposition. I utilise this in my own teaching practice by breaking down or deconstructing complex ideas into smaller pieces and introducing them in a step-by-step fashion. After explaining the theory, I apply the theory by means of many varied examples. My worksheets provide ample practice to students of average ability but also challenging problems for more able students. I have experience in tutoring pupils both as groups and on a one-to-one basis. In both cases, the students scored highly in their exams. In order to cope with A-level Mathematics, I assume that pupils should have at least an average level of intelligence and are willing and motivated to work hard. If these conditions have been satisfied then I can help them to achieve A/B grade in their exams!
