About Elidi
My name is Elidi, I’m an 18 year old student currently in Year 12 taking Spanish, English Literature and Biology A-levels at Hardenhuish School in Chippenham.
Born in the UK to a British mother and a Brazilian father, I grew up in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. I attended international school throughout primary and secondary school, having lessons in both English and Portuguese. I took the IGCSE exams, attaining A*-B grades, with an A in First Language Portuguese and an A* in Foreign Language Spanish. I also took the DELE exam for Spanish in 2021 before my IGCSEs, achieving a grade of 89% in level B1 Spanish.
I have also lived in the United States and the Netherlands, and although this was as a young child it still helped with my international and cultural awareness. I have strong ties to my Brazilian roots and that is why I am so passionate about preserving my language as well as helping others reap the same benefits I have from learning languages.

I can provide resources and help prepare students for exams, with experience volunteering for Spanish GCSE students at school and being an examiner for a Portuguese GCSE speaking exam. I am also available to help pre-GCSE students with their language studies at school if they plan to take them further.
Lessons may vary from 1-2 hours on weekdays, longer lessons may be negotiated for weekends. Online and in-person lessons available.
