About Rachel
I am in my final year of studying medicine and love to facilitate the learning of other students who are eager to learn.
I have been a tutor for the past 6 years for various students, all who have expressed satisfaction with my teaching style and an improvement in their grades. I have taught mainly primary and secondary school students helping them through the 11+ plus and GCSEs, I am also open to teaching students at a higher level.

This past year I have been able to enhance my teaching style by welcoming feedback from former students and catering my methods to their needs. I tend to allow my students to tell me where they believe they need to improve and start there, then go on to help them in any areas which I find they need improvement on. Many of my sessions revolve around doing practice questions as I can testify from personal experience its usefulness. I also try my hardest to develop a rapport with my students in order for them to feel comfortable in an environment where they can make mistakes, learn and then improve.
