About Neal

I will be studying A-Levels at The Perse School, Cambridge, having recently completed my GCSEs with 11 Grade 9s. I have a strong passion for Maths and the Sciences, and I’ll be taking Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Chemistry at A-Level, with aspirations to study Engineering at university. I previously tutored students at KUMON (a Maths and English Learning Centre), where I developed clear communication and teaching skills. I’m friendly, patient, and committed to helping students build confidence, improve their understanding, and reach their full potential.

About the lesson

I tutor students from Year 7 to Year 11 in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Biology. My lessons typically last 1–2 hours and are tailored to each student’s goals — whether that’s mastering the basics, building exam technique, or pushing for top grades. I use clear explanations, step-by-step walkthroughs, and active recall methods to boost understanding and long-term retention. I break down tricky concepts and guide students through past paper questions to build confidence and exam technique skills.
