I earned a 34 ACT score, completed 13 AP classes, and have 3 years of tutoring experience through NHS programs. I enjoy helping students build confidence, improve problem-solving skills, and reach their academic goals through clear explanations and supportive instruction. My tutoring approach focuses on clarity, confidence, and problem-solving. I help students understand why answers work instead of just memorizing steps, using real ACT-style practice, strategy instruction, timed exercises, and targeted review of mistakes.
A typical lesson includes:
Quick review of previous material
Instruction on a focused ACT topic or strategy
Guided practice problems
Independent practice with feedback
Review of mistakes and pacing strategies
What sets me apart is my combination of strong academic achievement and tutoring experience. I earned a 34 ACT score, completed 13 AP classes, and have 3 years of NHS tutoring experience, helping students improve both understanding and confidence.
My lessons are designed for high school students at all levels, from students building foundational skills to those aiming for top ACT scores and competitive college admissions.
