Typical Lesson Plan:
1. Assessment & Goal Setting (5-10 min): Review previous work, identify challenges, and set clear objectives for the session.
2. Reading & Analysis (15-20 min): Analyze a text, focusing on comprehension, structure, vocabulary, tone, and clarity. Highlight examples of unclear or verbose writing and discuss strategies for improvement.
3. In-Depth Writing Exercise (15-20 min): Rewrite challenging paragraphs from texts or examples into clear, concise language. Breakdown structure, tone, and logic to understand why certain sentences communicate better.
4. Practical Writing Exercise (5-10 min): Apply the same principles to real-world writing tasks, such as:
-Drafting professional emails

5. Take-Home Work & Instructions (~10 min): Assign targeted exercises or writing tasks to practice skills learned in the session, with clear instructions and expectations for next lesson.
