Hi, I’m Cyla—a licensed high school math teacher with over 12 years of experience helping students succeed and feel empowered in math. I’m certified to teach AP Statistics and have taught everything from Pre-Algebra to Calculus and Linear Algebra in diverse school settings. About the lesson

As a licensed high school math teacher with over a dozen years of classroom experience, I bring a warm, patient, and personalized approach to tutoring. I’m certified to teach AP Statistics and have helped students at all levels—from middle school math to advanced high school courses—develop confidence and deeper understanding in math.

My teaching method focuses on building conceptual clarity through visual aids, real-world examples, and interactive practice. I believe learning is most effective when students feel supported, seen, and engaged. Whether you’re preparing for standardized tests, tackling homework, or simply trying to improve your skills, I tailor each session to your goals and learning style.
