About Angelica

Hello! I'm a licensed mathematics teacher from the Philippines with over four years of teaching experience. I hold a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering and am currently pursuing a master's degree in Mathematics Education to deepen my knowledge and improve my teaching practice.

Throughout my teaching career, I have worked with learners of different abilities and learning needs. These experiences have taught me that every student learns differently and that mathematics becomes easier when concepts are explained clearly, patiently, and meaningfully.

As a teacher, I believe that every student can learn mathematics with the right guidance, encouragement, and approach. I strive to create a supportive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and discovering solutions at their own pace.

Beyond teaching, I enjoy learning new things, exploring different ways to explain mathematical concepts, and finding practical approaches to make learning more engaging. I am passionate about helping students build not only their mathematical skills but also their confidence and independent problem-solving abilities.

Whether you are looking for help with school lessons, homework, examinations, or strengthening your mathematical foundation, I would be happy to guide you on your learning journey.

Let's work together to make mathematics less intimidating, more understandable, and even enjoyable!

About My Lessons
My lessons are designed to make mathematics easier to understand, less intimidating, and more enjoyable to learn. As a licensed mathematics teacher with over four years of teaching experience, I understand that every learner has different strengths, challenges, and learning styles.
I believe that learning mathematics goes beyond memorizing formulas and procedures. My goal is to help students understand the why behind mathematical concepts so they can solve problems independently and develop confidence in their abilities.
During our lessons, I use clear, step-by-step explanations, relatable examples, guided practice, and exercises suited to the student's level and learning needs. I encourage students to ask questions, explore different approaches, and learn from their mistakes in a supportive environment.
Our lessons can include:
Elementary Mathematics: Building strong foundations in numbers, basic operations, fractions, decimals, and problem-solving.
Junior High School Mathematics: Mastering algebra, equations, geometry, functions, and other essential mathematical concepts.
Homework Assistance: Understanding challenging problems and learning how to solve them independently.
Exam Preparation: Reviewing key concepts, practicing problem-solving techniques, and identifying areas that need improvement.
Remedial and Enrichment Lessons: Strengthening foundational skills or exploring more challenging problems based on the student's needs.
