A typical 60-minute lesson with me follows a structured flow:
Warm-up & Review (10 mins): A quick game or recall activity to activate prior knowledge.
Direct Instruction (20 mins): Introducing new sounds, spelling rules, or vocabulary words through clear, explicit examples.
Guided Practice (20 mins): Reading together, analyzing word roots, or practicing spelling with interactive exercises where I provide immediate feedback.
Wrap-up & Application (10 mins): A fun wrap-up challenge to test retention and assess progress.
