About Earl Jhon
Hello! My name is Earl Jhon C. Aquidado, a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT), Magna Cum Laude graduate of West Visayas State University, and a public servant currently serving as an Administrative Assistant III (ADAS III) at the Department of the Interior and Local Government – Negros Island Region (DILG-NIR).
My academic excellence, leadership experience, and professional background have equipped me with both the knowledge and practical insights necessary to help students succeed. As a recipient of recognition under Presidential Decree No. 907, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to scholarship and lifelong learning. I also served as a Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson, which allowed me to develop leadership, communication, and community engagement skills that continue to enrich my teaching approach.
I am passionate about helping learners build not only their knowledge but also their confidence. Whether you are studying Social Studies, Philippine History, Politics and Governance, preparing for the Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET), the Civil Service Examination, or seeking assistance with research and academic writing, I am committed to providing patient, structured, and high-quality instruction tailored to your needs.
My teaching philosophy is simple: every student has the potential to excel when guided with clarity, encouragement, and purpose. I strive to create a learning environment where questions are welcomed, critical thinking is encouraged, and lessons are connected to real-life experiences. By combining academic rigor with practical applications drawn from my experience in education, governance, and public service, I help students understand not just what to learn, but why it matters.
When you choose me as your tutor, you can expect professionalism, reliability, respect, and a genuine commitment to your growth and success. I take pride in preparing thoroughly for every session and ensuring that each lesson contributes meaningfully to your academic and personal development.
I look forward to helping you achieve your goals and discover the joy of learning with confidence and purpose.

My Approach as a Tutor
I believe that effective learning happens when lessons are connected to real-life experiences. As a Licensed Professional Teacher, Magna Cum Laude graduate, former youth leader, and government practitioner at the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG), I strive to make every lesson meaningful, engaging, and relevant to the learner's goals.
Teaching Method and Techniques
My teaching approach is learner-centered, interactive, and outcomes-based. Rather than relying solely on memorization, I encourage students to understand concepts, analyze issues critically, and apply knowledge to real-world situations.
My teaching techniques include:
Guided discussions and Socratic questioning
Concept mapping and visual organizers
Case studies and current events analysis
Review drills and practice examinations
Simplified explanations of complex concepts
Research-based learning and academic coaching
Personalized feedback and progress monitoring
For examination preparation, such as the LET and Civil Service Examination, I focus on content mastery, test-taking strategies, and confidence-building exercises.

What Sets Me Apart as a Tutor
What distinguishes me from many tutors is my combination of academic excellence, leadership experience, and actual government practice.
As a Magna Cum Laude graduate and Licensed Professional Teacher, I possess a strong foundation in educational theory and subject matter expertise. My experience as a former Sangguniang Kabataan Chairperson and current Administrative Assistant III at the DILG allows me to provide practical insights into governance, public administration, leadership, community development, and public service.
Students do not simply learn theories; they gain a deeper understanding of how these concepts operate in actual communities, institutions, and government settings.
