About FELJELYN

Hello! I am a passionate and dedicated teacher who enjoys helping learners build confidence and develop a genuine love for learning. I have experience teaching young learners and creating engaging, age-appropriate lessons that make learning simple, meaningful, and enjoyable.

As a tutor, I am patient, understanding, and committed to meeting each learner’s individual needs. I believe that every student has the ability to learn and improve when given the right guidance, encouragement, and support.

In my lessons, I create a friendly and positive learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions, making mistakes, and expressing themselves. My goal is not only to help students understand their lessons but also to help them become more confident and independent learners.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is learner-centered, interactive, and supportive. I believe that students learn best when they feel comfortable, encouraged, and actively involved in the lesson. I use simple explanations, examples, visual aids, guided practice, questioning, games, and hands-on activities to make lessons easier to understand and enjoyable. I also adjust my teaching strategies according to each learner’s pace, needs, and learning style.

A typical lesson begins with a short review or warm-up activity to activate the learner’s prior knowledge. I then introduce the new topic using simple explanations and relatable examples. Afterward, I provide guided practice where we work through activities together, followed by independent practice to check the learner’s understanding. I end the lesson with a short review, feedback, and a simple learning check to identify what the learner has mastered and what needs more practice.

What sets me apart is my patience, creativity, and genuine care for my learners. As an educator, I understand that every student learns differently. I strive to create a positive learning environment where students are not afraid to make mistakes and ask questions. I also make lessons meaningful by connecting concepts to real-life situations and activities that students can easily relate to.

My lessons are primarily designed for young learners, particularly elementary-level students from Kindergarten to Grade 3. I can provide support in English, Language, Reading, Grammar, Spelling, and other foundational skills. My lessons are especially suitable for learners who need additional practice, reinforcement, or a more engaging and personalized approach to learning.
