About Jessica
I have previously worked for a Skills Development company for four years, where I conducted self-development workshops. I then qualified as an accredited Life Coach in 2015. I then continued with my second Life Coaching Diploma in 2019. I specialize in coaching individuals to overcome challenges and assist them in making lasting changes within their lives. I aim to make a mindset shift from where they currently are towards a complete transformation of where they want to be and to help them become the best version of themselves

My first priority is to get a better idea of where my client currently is in terms of their overall well-being and state of mind. They will then complete a self-assessment based on every aspect of their life. After which, we will conduct a series of one on one coaching sessions, where we will identify and agree upon the goals and steps necessary to elevate my client to the next level of development. The objective is to not keep things at surface level, it's about getting to the core of what may be blocking my clients from reaching their full potential
