About Diego

Hi, how are you? My name is Diego Rodrigues. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Mary's University (Halifax / NS), I'm a Certified Life Coach and a member of ICF (International Coaching Federation). I am a husband, father, and entrepreneur in the field of Personal Development since 2018. Professionally, I bring international experience in leadership, team management, and performance-driven results. In my coaching practice, I apply an empathetic and results-oriented approach, recognizing each client as a whole person—addressing physical, emotional, spiritual, and intellectual dimensions. Grounded in this holistic perspective, I work collaboratively with clients to deepen self-awareness, define meaningful goals, and pursue them in a sustainable and realistic manner. About the lesson

My approach consists of a personal development program designed to:

1. Improve self-awareness
2. Enhance skills
3. Set goals based on personal values
4. Develop short, medium and long-term strategies
5. Build the ability to manage results
6. Promote autonomy in decision-making

My sessions are designed for both men and women who want to achieve their goals but don’t know where to start.

You don’t need any prior knowledge or coaching experience—as long as you’re willing to commit to yourself!
