I have both academic credentials and personal experience that can help you reach beyond the uncomfortable stages of change to attain the mindset and action necessary to become the most you can be, even if nobody else can see the potential you know you were created to achieve. I believe your purpose in life is to be and do exactly what you were destined to fulfil, even if it’s only you that sees you weren’t destined to settle for mediocre, know that I believe that too. As a living example of someone who has overcome many fears and obstacles to reach higher heights, I have a passion and techniques to create a personalised system to guide you to do the same, based around your unique situation, because I know nothing is impossible. I have a first-class BA(hons) degree in Counselling Solutions and have been running my own private Psychotherapy practice for many years. After helping hundreds of clients take action to work towards their goals using a solution-focused method, I realised I have a huge passion for coaching clients using a more direct approach, helping them become how they need to be to create the best lives for themselves. I am currently offering online lessons for people aged 18+ and lessons will typically last one hour (depending on package deal). I would recommend taking as many as necessary until your personal goals are achieved.
