About Varsha

My name is Varsha Tiwari, and I’m currently pursuing an MBA in Finance while working as a Finance Assistant at EisnerAmper. With three years of professional experience, including two years as a Project Coordinator in a software development company, I have developed a strong foundation in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and understanding the practical applications of mathematics.

I want to teach math to students because I have witnessed firsthand how important math is in both academic and professional settings. Many students struggle with math not because they lack capability but because they don’t have the right guidance or approach. My goal is to change that by making math relatable, simple, and enjoyable.

I integrate my professional experience and academic insights into teaching, showing students how math connects to real-world situations. By breaking down complex concepts into understandable parts, using interactive techniques, and encouraging logical thinking, I aim to not only help students excel academically but also build their confidence and problem-solving skills for life.

Teaching math is my way of giving back and inspiring students to view the subject as an opportunity to grow, rather than as a challenge to overcome.

About the lesson

My way of teaching math stands out because it focuses on making complex concepts simple, relatable, and enjoyable for students. Instead of relying solely on rote memorization or traditional methods, I emphasize building a strong foundation of understanding through real-life examples and interactive problem-solving.

I adapt my teaching style to cater to individual learning needs, ensuring each student feels confident and supported. By encouraging questions, promoting logical reasoning, and incorporating creative strategies like visual aids or puzzles, I make math less intimidating and more engaging.

Ultimately, my approach doesn't just aim to help students solve problems—it helps them develop a love for math and equips them with the critical thinking skills needed for lifelong success
