About Sarah
I am a piano, oboe, recorder and music theory teacher based in North London. I am currently studying at the Royal College of Music and am in my third year. I have a large number of students who are studying the ABRSM and Trinity syllabus. I have an ABRSM diploma in peripatetic teaching - where I specialized in teaching young children. I like to work with the students and parents to provide the best lesson structure and the best goal setting possible. I understand that each student works at a different pace and I want the students to enjoy playing piano as much as possible. I have been teaching for four years now and I have definitely improved my teaching technique. I like to teach music theory alongside the lessons, this helps maximize the students progression.
