About Cal
I have learnt and studied eight languages to varying degrees of fluency. These languages range from European and Asian languages: English, French, Spanish, Greek, Italian, Hindi / Urdu, Farsi, Pashto. Seen that these languages are often very different from one another, I know the difficulties of learning grammars, vocabulary and how to tackle the obstacles. On top of my love of language learning, I also studied Linguistics at university and I specialise in Multilingualism and Second Language Acquisition.

Use of multimedia content to make language learning approachable and fun. Emphasis on pronunciation, grammar and native use of language to make sure the language learnt is one which will be clearly understood by native speakers. I try to teach a philosophy of language learning which sees languages as a tool and window into different cultures.
