The rate quoted is for travel up to only 5 miles radius. I would have to cover any travel costs if I should have to travel further. I need 48 hours cancellation, otherwise I will have to charge 50% of the lesson cost if more than 24 hours notice; but less than 24 hours notice, I would require the full lesson cost.
